1. Acceptance

By accessing panel-lagoonpath.click or engaging Panel Lagoonpath Mining Review Co. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide mining equipment review notes, on-site corridor airflow surveys, written placement plans, equipment shortlists, and duct retrofit planning documents for hardware typically rated at 0.05 TH/s and above. We do not sell miners, operate mining pools, or provide checkout on this website.

3. Informational pricing

Rates published on this site are guidance. Binding fees appear on invoices issued after scope confirmation. We are not responsible for decisions you make based solely on website copy without a signed or emailed scope agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Bench data, sketches, photographs, and PDF reports we produce remain our copyright until paid in full. Upon full payment you receive a licence to use deliverables for your own operations and permit discussions. You may not resell our reports or publish them verbatim without written permission.

5. User submissions

Content you send through forms or email must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us permission to use site photos you provide solely for producing your deliverables.

6. Limitation of liability

Mining involves electrical, fire, and noise risks. Our surveys and reports are professional opinions based on measurements at a point in time. We are not liable for hashboard failure, property damage, regulatory fines, or lost revenue arising from your installation choices, pool configuration, or failure to follow maintenance intervals we recommend.

Maximum liability for any paid service is limited to the fee paid for that specific service.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your operation of mining hardware, modifications to your property, or disputes with landlords, neighbours, or regulators, except where caused by our gross negligence proven in court.

8. Third-party contractors

We may refer HVAC installers or electricians; they are independent. Their work is their responsibility.

9. Website availability

We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may occur without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gwangju shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
