Refund eligibility, cancellation, and rescheduling for surveys and advisory services from Panel Lagoonpath Mining Review Co.

Scope
This policy covers paid services booked with Panel Lagoonpath Mining Review Co.: corridor surveys, placement reviews, equipment shortlist advisories, and duct retrofit planning documents. We do not sell physical miners or software subscriptions on this website.
Equipment shortlist advisory (remote)
- Full refund if we have not begun bench cross-reference within two business days of payment — request by email.
- No refund once the PDF shortlist is delivered, because the intellectual work is complete.
- If our report contains a material factual error about a model we benchmarked (hash rate, draw, or dimensions), we will correct the report at no charge; refunds are not automatic unless correction cannot be made.
On-site surveys and placement reviews
- Free reschedule once if you notify us at least 48 hours before the visit window.
- 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of the visit or if our technician arrives and site access is denied.
- Full refund if we cancel due to staff illness or unsafe conditions (electrical hazard, gas leak, structural concern) — we will offer the next available date first.
Travel charges
Pre-paid travel beyond 80 km from Gwangju is refundable only when the visit is cancelled by us or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice. Travel is non-refundable on late cancellations.
Duct retrofit planning
Quoted after prerequisite survey work. Deposit: 30% non-refundable once drafting begins. Remaining balance due on delivery of the planning packet. If drafting has not started, deposit is refundable minus any third-party measurement costs we already incurred.
Deposits and invoices
Bank transfer is our standard method. Refunds return to the original payer account within fourteen business days after approval.
No-shows
If our technician waits more than thirty minutes without access or contact, the visit is treated as a no-show and charged at 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Work already started
Partial on-site measurement that is interrupted by client request may be billed proportionally to time on site plus travel.
Materials purchased on your behalf
We rarely purchase materials for clients. If we do with prior written approval, those costs are non-refundable once ordered.
Open bench mornings
Free registration events: please cancel your seat 24 hours ahead so another operator can attend. No financial refund applies.
How to request a refund
Email info@panel-lagoonpath.click with invoice number, service date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed in KRW to the original payment source.
Disputes
We prefer direct resolution. Korean consumer dispute channels remain available where applicable.
