Brief history

Panel Lagoonpath began when two former industrial HVAC apprentices started benchmarking used ASIC units for a Gwangju co-hosting garage. Word spread among Jeolla operators who were losing hashboards to recirculated exhaust, not firmware or pool issues. By 2020 we formalized as a review and survey practice — still bench-first, still walking rooms with a manometer before recommending rack positions.

We are not a mining pool, exchange, or hardware reseller. Our income is survey fees, written advisories, and published review notes that operators cite when negotiating with landlords and electricians.

What we do today

  • Bench-test miners at 0.05 TH/s and higher with thermocouples at hashboard edges
  • Map stable airflow corridors in small farms, garage conversions, and light industrial bays
  • Publish field notes on filter schedules, seasonal humidity, and noise complaints
  • Train two junior reviewers each year through apprenticeship on live sites — no remote-only certification

Working approach

We refuse rush jobs that skip a baseline measurement. If your room cannot support the miner you want, we say so in writing. That honesty costs us shortlist fees occasionally but keeps junction temperatures honest on the farms we do approve.

Eun-ji Park — bench technician, thermal imaging and acoustic logging, maintains our hashboard spare library for destructive heat tests.

Values we hold on site

Measure before recommend. Document with photos the client can show an electrician. Leave the room cleaner than we found it. Never promise hash rates we did not observe on our bench at the stated power draw.

Community

We host a quarterly open bench morning at our Gwangju office where local operators can watch a corridor tracer test — registration through the contact page, six seats per session.
